Lead pro artist for Charlotte Tilbury, Sam’s been working in the makeup industry for 20 years. She started her career in MAC in Dublin where she found her love for artistry education and became part of the training team. This took her all over the globe doing fashion weeks and working on amazing events. Sam started her career with Charlotte Tilbury when she launched 10years ago in Ireland. She has been part of Charlottes Artistry team since the beginning. As a Lead Pro Artist for she attends Cannes and Venice film festivals getting celebrities like Kylie Minogue ready to walk the red carpet. From London, Paris and Milan fashion week working on shows like Nina Ricci and Zuhair Murad and getting celebrities ready to attend the shows . One of her favourite been Olivia Palermo. When there’s no red carpet Sam works on shoots and creating content and developing artistry in team Tilbury.

#7 - Dr Nae: Wolf of Wall Street, Love Bombing & how to RUN LIKE HELL

On this week's episode Clare talks with Dr Nadine Macaluso about her marriage to the Wolf of Wall Street, Love Bombing and her new book "Run Like Hell". At the age of twenty-two, Nadine's life took an unexpected turn when she married Jordan Belfort, the infamous stockbroker immortalized in the Hollywood hit "The Wolf of Wall Street." Initially, their union seemed like a modern-day fairytale, but beneath the surface, a dark reality began to unfold. As their bond tightened, Jordan's façade crumbled, revealing a complex web of infidelity, narcissistic abuse, insatiable greed, and a devastating drug addiction that transformed Nadine's dream into a harrowing nightmare. The turmoil of this traumatic relationship served as the catalyst for Nadine's remarkable journey. Fuelled by her determination to help others facing similar struggles, she pursued a path of healing and transformation. She received her Master's degree in Counseling and a Ph.D. in somatic psychotherapy, Dr. Nae established a thriving private practice. Her office quickly became a sanctuary for women who shared hauntingly familiar tales of entanglement with pathological lovers (PLs), trapped in the clutches of trauma bonds. What began as a personal mission to facilitate healthy relationship development evolved into an impactful vocation. Over six years, Dr. Nae immersed herself in the study of trauma bond relationships, synthesizing her academic foundation with the wisdom gleaned from her patients' stories. Through this journey, she ascended to the status of a recognized authority in the realms of narcissistic abuse, trauma bonds, and complex PTSD. She recently wrote a book, "Run Like Hell: A Therapist's Guide to Recognizing, Escaping, and Healing from Trauma Bonds," scheduled for publication on January 9th, 2024 (available for pre-order on Amazon). In this seminal guide, she shares both her personal narrative and the wealth of knowledge acquired over the years. Readers are granted insights into the psyche of the narcissistic pathological lover, a nuanced understanding of the traits that render certain women susceptible to their advances, and practical strategies for breaking free from the shackles of trauma bonds. Nadine's mission extends far beyond knowledge dissemination; it is a beacon of hope for those ensnared in the darkness. With her guidance, readers are empowered to transcend the clutches of trauma bonds, emerging as resilient "surthrivers" primed for healthy, meaningful relationships. She lives between New York and Florida with her husband of 22 years and their two dogs; she has four children and two grandchildren. And when she's not working, she loves to exercise, decorate, cook, and spoil her grandchildren.

Charlotte has practised as a nutritionist since 2010, focusing predominantly on women's health. Recently, her passion has centred on the metabolic implications of menopause, particularly in premature, surgical, and complex cases. After personally experiencing surgical menopause in 2019, she founded a Menopause Nutrition business to empower women with food-based solutions. Charlotte leads a team of dedicated nutritional therapists in her busy practice, engaging with clients in group settings and one-on-one consultations. She also created the Menopause Mastery Membership in 2021, an online practitioner training and mentorship space. The program offers accessible and valuable resources, including webinars, guest speakers and a lively online forum. #4 - Amber Rowan: Alopecia, Wigs and a romantic Italian wedding

This week on Hair With Clare, I’m joined by the fabulous Amber Jean Rowan. Amber, an actress, model, and artist, shared her journey with Alopecia and her wig line Amber Jean wigs. She just opened her store in London earlier this year . She discussed her experience with hair loss, which started when she was 15 years old, and how it affected her self-esteem and sense of self. Amber emphasised the importance of community and how her online community, Hairfree, is providing support to others going through similar experiences. She also detailed her customization process for wig pieces, which are all made to order and can take 4 to 6 weeks to be produced. Amber got married earlier this year so we discussed her wedding look and hair choices for her big day on the stunning island of Ischia in Italy. Fionnuala uses her social and traditional media platforms to showcase fun and accessible ways people can up their sustainability with a particular focus on sustainable fashion.
