One of the best
Kelly McCartney is one of the best music interviewers on the scene. She knows how to bring artists to their deepest places in a light and accessible way. I've learned about musicians I already know and have been introduced to new artists that I now love.
When you don’t understand, don’t speak
Fantastic Negrito episode was great, but if the host thinks there is a finite amount of money in the world, she probably should avoid social/political commentary.
Interesting interviews and great way to hear new artists
I have always loved Americana and folk music but still have plenty to learn and I love how this podcasts introduces me to new music as well as reignites old flames (ala cowboy junkies). The host is incredibly well spoken and has this cool interview style that’s so interesting but so laid back at the same time. Love the breaks to play music in between as well.
