Great interview with in depth questions

I found this podcast through my relationship coach’s website because she was being interviewed by the hostess. The hostess has really good interviewing skills to cover the most essential questions that the audience wants to know. Even after already studying my coach’s materials, the podcast still brings out new and thought provoking information that I so appreciate! I’m subscribing~~

Intriguing

Maria Marlowe has an intriguing style that keeps you listening. I listened to the podcast with Marta Zaraska, and I was astounded that her research shows that you can increase your well being by 65% by being socially integrated. While I am still going to watch what I eat, I am also going to spend time doing things with my husband and my community. Please keep them coming, Maria!
