This podcast has been life-changing-seriously!

Someone told me about this podcast in December 2017. Since then it has seriously impacted my life in the most positive of ways! Gretchen is a wonder of information, and find a way to package it that you feel invigorated and wanting to learn from her. Elizabeth is amazing as her teammate, and brings a levity to the podcast so that we don’t I’ll take ourselves too seriously. After listening for a while, you feel like they are your friends. The Wednesday morning podcast drop is really like a coffee date with them, and I usually am inspired to have a better day after listening. I’m really grateful for this podcast and have recommended it numerous times to others. In fact we now have a happiness group that meets monthly and listening to the podcast is part of the program! Thank you Elizabeth and Gretchen :-)

Love it

Love this show, always great words of wisdom and advice about how to live happier!! Love the four tendencies framework!!

Why is the sound design so bad on the littles??

And why are the commercials so long? A short episode shouldn’t have 3 minutes of badly edited commercials. Just.... come on.

Also, the fact that no one has chimed in on the super damaging (and disappointingly sterotypical) fixation on clothing size is just such a big oversight. Body shaming isn’t a good look, and letting a host body shame herself into trying to fit a smaller size isn’t a good example. You aren’t telling people how to set healthy goals, and focusing on outcome over habits goes agains everything you preach. You have a whole team behind you that should have caught this. Do better.
