Interesting and insightful

I really enjoy these podcasts! There are tons out there that focus on the physical parts of fitness, but Kelly’s emphasis of the mental aspects really adds value to the fitness conversation. I definitely related to his topics and found myself nodding in agreement several times. I recommend this podcast for anyone who enjoys fitness but struggles against their own mental limitations.
