Countdown to YOU 🔢 (60 min)

The nature of the human "self" is truly subtle. The physical self in this world of form is clear to see and feel. And even the airiness of thoughts and the ephemerality of emotions still have a substance that everyone can clearly recognize. But behind all of that is the everlasting you; the infinite self. In this meditation, to awaken the recollection of your true self, we use the ancient system of numbers deployed by the ancients from Babylon and Egypt to Pythagoras up through the medieval alchemists.

Janie Ellen ,

Too much info in different places.

I like the info and I like that it is FREE. I use the Headspace app and it has everything in one place. I wish your info was more consistent... ie same length of time and same amount of times per week. I feel like I neeed to go to three different places to stay up to date with all the communication. But thanks for doing this. Ive been a meditator for many years. I think your info is helpful.

Normally I do not rate things

I really enjoy meditation and practice TM frequently , but I have really enjoyed adding these options in the afternoon. I love having the option to do 10,20,30,45 or 60! minute meditations depending on my schedule. Thank you for an excellent experience.
