I am obsessed with GBBO. I was therefore delighted to find your podcast and am listening to the past seasons as I rewatch the show. I appreciate that you are sharing your research on the history of the bakes as well as technical tips. I have been baking longer than you have been alive, but I am still learning things from your podcast.

I love watching the GBBO and I love baking cookies, cakes, muffins and pastries. This podcast speaks to me and what I like. I enjoy the baker to baker comraderie and imagine Mallory and Nick are my friends. It’s like a translation from British baking into American baking and it’s fun to listen to as I walk, bake or work around the house. Keep up the great job and thank you 🥰
