False advertisement??

Disappointing to see a graphic for this podcast that portrays a woman of color, yet when I go to your org’s website, I see one possible person of color. It feels disingenuous and as though you’re pandering to a demographic that you don’t have on staff. I won’t be giving this podcast any listens and will spread the word about the dishonesty.

Very disappointing.
