Healing is such a vast topic. Here on Voices Rising Podcast, we explore healing through different aspects of our lives.

From healing through feeling, which can be a difficult thing. But healing our past pains is a segway towards mending the cracks in our hearts. Self-compassion, self-kindness, and softening are ways we can awaken healing in our lives.

Speaking our truth can be a possible way to heal the wounds we place around our upper back and chronic neck pain. We have found the truth is an essential way towards healing.

And rest and sleep are ways to replenish and allow healing in its deepest form.

There are many tools we can access during our healing journey, like meditation, breath, thoughts, and many more self-help tools. With the help of mindfulness and Yoga, we can travel into healing our mind, body, and soul.

Healing begins here at this moment wherever you are. We don’t have to wait for what we “think” is the right timing to begin our healing journey. It’s time to let go of waiting and walk towards healing for the highest good of our lives.

We are here on this healing journey and know you are not alone in your pain. We are here with you.
