Eric’s passion is to serve and honor those who have given so much through service to this country. Eric believes in empowering and proactively strengthening our military community through example, leadership, and collaboration.
 
Eric is an accomplished senior military professional with over 2 decades of comprehensive and demonstrated leadership experience in recognizing the value of human capital, cross-functional team management, and building cultures that encourage empowerment and the will to thrive. Since his retirement from the United States Army, Eric has worked in the Veteran transition and employment space for Veteran nonprofits serving the military community. Eric is honored to serve as a Board Member for several Veteran Service Organizations nationwide.
 
Today, Eric is the Georgia Director of Warriors Set Free.
 
WSF is a Christ-centered ministry working with our military and first responder communities to help them navigate life’s struggles and build their faith to fight and win life’s battles. Eric is also the co-host of a military transition-focused podcast called VET S.O.S. and the Executive Director of Tip of the Spear Professional Coaching.
