Eye opening insight into some of the healmetoo issues that have been arising and how important they are for understanding and appreciating where a lot of women are coming from on this issues.

Great listen about channeling tragedy into creativity

Interesting listen around the variety of work going on to change peoples awareness and spur conversation on how we change the culture that created the me too movement. Often it can feel overwhelming to cope with the culture of toxic masculinity and how it victimizes all of us in society. This podcast give some inspiring interviews on how people are actively trying to make change.
