    There are three main currencies in life that we have but we all spend it differently. Time, energy, and focus.

    We are given the time and we are not sure how much of it we have. Time cannot be earned, but we pay with time for everything.

    Energy we have is also limited but we can do things to have more of it.

    Focus is the third currency, which has its limits, and it is one way we can earn energy and make the time more valuable.

    I found that when we don't think carefully about our priorities, they can be just distractions. They will keep you busy and feel like you are doing something, but you are not progressing.
