Very good podcast

This is a good podcast because of the guests that being all sorts of knowledge regarding overall health and wellness and the host is low key and not over the top. Does a good job of interviewing his guests and bringing different types of health and wellness topics to the podcast. Definitely would recommend this podcast!!
