The University of New Hampshire Health Services promotes, maintains and improves the health and well-being of the University community in support of the institution’s academic mission. This is accomplished by providing primary health care services, by teaching health care consumerism, ill ness prevention and health promotion, by providing co-curricular learning opportunities, and through its public health role. Services are student-focused, accessible, cost effective, and provided in a caring and professional manner. Health Services continuously improves the quality of its care and services.
Health Services is centrally located across Main Street from Holloway Commons. We are here to serve the UNH community and encourage all students, faculty and staff to visit our center and take advantage of all we have to offer.

Saved my life in college
Struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a child. Was treated and it wasn’t until my freshman year that I began to experience bad panic attacks. All day and really bad ones at night. It got so bad that I was afraid to be awake. I became fearful that I would do something that would result in me hurting myself out of not being able to cope with the attacks. I was being treated at the time already in talk therapy for an eating disorder so after about a month of daily panic attacks, I couldn’t take it anymore. I was evaluated at the hospital put on new medication and my therapy changed. The therapist I was seeing gave me this CD. I did it frequently during the day and every single night.
To this day, I still use the meditations and haven’t found other meditations online that work this well or that I feel equal benefit.
I always share these meditations with anyone I know who is struggling with anxiety and other mental health disorders.
These meditation tracks are absolutely invaluable and I would recommend them to anyone that does any type of meditation.
