I loved the insights about intentions and boundaries this podcast gave as well as the encouragement to be healthy as parents so we can raise healthy kids.

Super Helpful podcast

This podcast gives great information to parents on how to talk to their kids about food. It gives much needed guidance to those of us who come from the “clean your plate” generation who are struggling to be different with our own kids. Heather is spot on with this one! Thank you Heather!
