Super Helpful podcast

This podcast gives great information to parents on how to talk to their kids about food. It gives much needed guidance to those of us who come from the “clean your plate” generation who are struggling to be different with our own kids. Heather is spot on with this one! Thank you Heather!

Absolutely Fantastic Approach

I’m so thankful for the lessons on how to have a healthy approach to parenting in regards to food. As a parent who has struggled with weight and body image issues her entire life, I look forward to influencing my daughter to have a healthy relationship with her body and with food.

Practical Approach

Wish I had this podcast when my boys were under my roof or better still that my caregivers had it. Advice given by someone who has been there and practices what she preaches. Well done, Heather!
