#126: Interview with Suzi Swope, Gurl Gone Green
Suzi is the green blogger behind the blog Gurl Gone Green. She's a wife and mom to three girls and one boy. After eating healthy for several years, she realized eating real food was only a small part of the healthy living equation. As a hairstylist and esthetician, she became aware of all the harmful chemicals she was constantly being exposed to. She went on a journey to transform her conventional products over to clean products. This led her to start sharing with others what she had learned. Fast forward 10 years later, and her mission to help others live out a clean lifestyle has only grown!
Here are some great resources and freebies that Suzi shared with us during the interview:

#125: Break the Cycle
When we get into the vicious cycle of letting unhealthy thoughts and feelings control our lives and our choices, we have to break the cycle and choose differently. This is possible. Let us choose this week to be bold and believe in ourselves and know that we are capable of anything.
Challenge: Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings this week and break the cycle if needed.
Quote: "Recall that thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions, and actions lead to results. Everything begins with your thoughts—which are produced by your mind." -T. Harv Eker

#124: Grace
Grace is the most underused superpower we can have. Grace gives us permission to move on. The ability to let go, forgive yourself, and move on quickly seems to be one of the most underused super powers. I can do all the things, but if I can't give myself grace when I mess up, I won't be able to bounce back and start again. I won't be able to get back up, when I fall down. I won't be able to laugh at myself when I make mistakes.
Challenge: This week work on your grace muscle, for you and others. We need grace for the rest of our lives. Give yourself and others more grace this week.
Quote: One of the best game-changing habits you can develop is getting back up when life gets you down, and for that you need the superpower of GRACE.

#123: The Middle Zone
Let's talk about the middle zone. You are more likely to stick to something that is not extreme. Anything extreme isn’t a sustainable lifestyle. We want a more enjoyable lifestyle, and it is possible with healthy, balanced choices. This is also a perspective and a mindset. Let us find the goldilocks zone, as Jillian Michaels says.
Challenge: What are you getting too much of and not enough of? Figure out where you could adjust and get a better balance.

#122: Mindset Shifts
Let us become aware this week and work to shift our mindset little by little to a more positive, hopeful, abundant, and grateful mindset.
Challenge: Become aware of your mindset this week and make small shifts to make it more positive.

#121: We don’t fail
Don’t give up. Get rest, pause, and take a step back. Then start again. When something is so important to your soul, you will feel much resistance as you pursue it. Take a new perspective. Try something new. Step back and pause. Then…start again. Take action.
Challenge: Whatever you have given up on, or have thought about giving up on, I want you to step back, pause, rest and then, start again. Do not give up.
Quote: “The more important an activity is to your soul’s evolution, the more resistance you will feel.” Steven Pressfield
