Heart Chakra Healing and Self-Love with Ashli Helm Strengthen The Soul

This episode is apart of my Chakra interview series where I interview people that I find are a positive influence for each chakra point in the body. As a holistic healer and as of recent, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, I have found that learning about and removing the blocks in each chakra point really helps to bring in all desired changes in your life as well as the obvious HEALING.
Ashli is an established health and fitness coach and personal trainer who also has transitioned her life to influence others in internal and external life transformations focusing on self-love. 
Ashli shares her journey on how she has healed in ways that guided her to love herself and through divine intervention, hard work, and experience, she has now been guided to help others do the same.
The heart Chakra is the healing and manifesting center of our life. It is the energetic channel where we give and receive and importantly the center of love. Love is the highest vibration and this vibration brings abundance. Healing brings abundance. When balanced you have empathy, understanding, love, healing, compassion, forgiveness, passion, determination, no judgement, and devotion.
