Terry explains the science behind The Dubrow Diet (we paid attention, really), a keto fusion diet involving intermittent fasting. Before Botched there was The Swan, one of the best reality shows of all time (google it people), which Terry was a Doctor on. He informed us it is ranked as one of the worst reality shows of all time (we now love it just a little more).  We lasted a whole 40 minutes before finally bringing up, obviously The Real Housewives of Orange County.
