Affordable Childcare vs True Cost of Childcare
We all know these days everyone in the family has to work and without childcare that will not be possible. The childcare industry has always been a low wage paying industry, but now with a pandemic and the cost of living increasing in dramatic numbers how can we survive. There is a staff crisis in our industry because wages are in some cases impossible to be fair for someone especially a single parent that would be likely to take the job. These days even loving what we do is causing many to quit and transition to other careers or retire. We need a solution for this madness!
