David is the author of Successful Acquisitions: A Proven Plan for Strategic Growth, published by the American Management Association in 2013, with best practices that are still relevant today. For over a decade, he has been a presenter at AMA’s National Center for Continuing Education, sharing his first-hand experience in steering dozens of transactions to completion.
In our conversation, David explained that the company is not transaction oriented, but more about more about helping companies to grow. He has worked with many clients for decades. That’s the guiding principle for why he started Capstone.
