Roger is fun to listen to!

I have been listening to him since the end of April 2018. I have listened to every episode at least twice! He doesn't just talk about herbs. He helps you understand how different parts of your body work and how food, good or bad, influences your health. But the thing is, there are a lot of podcasters out there that do the same. The difference is he is funny. He is extremely informed and he is also capable of explaining things to people who have no background in health studies! He has been such a great inspiration to me and I lost 50 pounds since the beginning of June! I have a lot to make up for through the years but this is the first time I feel as though I understand why I have had so much trouble before. Boy, I wish I had this information when I was younger! The first podcast I listened to was "Sugar... as Addictive as Cocaine?" For me? Yes! It was a great lesson. And the perfect place for me to start. Now? I am waiting for the next episode!
