#150. Why Self Care Isn't Selfish

I am grateful for this podcast!

My husband actually found this podcast first & began listening before sharing it with me…he found it helped him understand what I was going through. I was blown away because the more episodes I listened to the more I began to understand that I was not alone in all I felt & was going through. The positive, encouraging words & gentle reminders that it is absolutely the right thing to do to take care of myself. You & your guests have truly made a difference in my life. Thank You Kate - I needed to hear so much of what you have to say! I am extremely grateful to have this podcast to listen to.
