Hello, my name is, Cinnamon. This podcast started on Facebook called, HERstory (healing, empowerment, reform).

I began these pages and podcast because I suffered from postpartum depression. PPD turned into generalized depression and my anxiety crept back up. I gained knowledge and I came across that women don’t feel safe to come forward. Often, because society places a stigma on “mental illnesses,” and people think you’re using it as a crutch. I’m here to bring you insight, authenticity, encouragement, and start our journey to healing. We’re in this together. 🤞🏽
