Listen To This If This Year You've Felt Like Being an Educator Kinda Sucks

"Understand that you can't help everyone do everything. Find those areas of your role that you absolutely love and do that every single day. I'm not saying that you're going to be doing it all day every day, but schedule some time in your day for you to do the specific thing that brings you joy."

Ok... Let's be honest. This has been one hell of a year for educators. Wouldn't you agree?

If after a long day of hybrid teaching or feeling frustrated after having to figure out how to safely get your staff and students back in the building, you've thrown up your hands and thought to yourself "THIS is too much! It shouldn't be this hard" I want you to know that you are not in this alone.

If you feel like you're almost at your breaking point, you're frustrated, overwhelmed, close to burn out and ready to call it quits, then tune in to this week's episode where I share 3 things that you must stop doing today and 3 strategies that may not change the situation, but will certainly shift your mindset so that you can better handle the challenges that come your way.

Want to know what those 3 things are that you must stop doing in order to feel better about your current situation? Tune in to find out!
