Hey I got this!

Lizzie and Stacia have invested in themselves throughout the years to share their knowledge and resources in all things health and wellness. Despite their expertise, they continue to explore new perspectives and topics about what makes a wholesome human. This podcast is an an open door, a seat a table, an invitation for us to learn and grow together. I always feel like I had a coffee date and the most rad conversation with a girlfriend at the end of each episode. I look forward to every topic they shed light on.
