Today we focus on Interim Facilities Management work and I am joined by Jim Baron, a healthcare facilities management professional with more than 25 years professional experience. Jim has worked as an Interim Executive/Consultant/Mock Surveyor and Director for hospitals and hospital systems across the country. In his roles, Jim has had accountability for engineering, construction, compliance, EVS, bio med, safety and security, and department reorganizations and team building.  

Jim has been self-employed in an interim capacity for about 5 years now and he is also a 20-year veteran of the US Air Force.
