HIIT has become a buzzword in the fitness and weight loss community. While it can be a great tool, it's not for everyone!

In this week's episode, I go over the definition of HIIT, its benefits, risks, and why certain individuals should skip it.

In my opinion, twice a week should be the max, unless you're a legitimate athlete and/or prioritizing rest and recovery.
