Strong potential

Solid horror pod. I like the casters and the content. Eager to see where it goes

The host are pretty funny, but...

The hosts seem nice and are actually pretty funny. But they need to do more research on the films and the source materials. If you’re going to do horror, some things like vampire lore (especially seminal works like Dracula) need to be pretty solidly in your wheelhouse.

I’ve listened to several of the podcasts so far. However, there were so many misses with The Exorcist that made it kind of hard to listen to at times. The thing that they are also missing is that some of these movies (like The Exorcist) started a lot of the trends in horror that we’ve witnessed over the years. As a result, we may be conditioned at this point not to think some of these older movies are scary.

And yes, the demon (the same one from Iraq, which is why it screamed Merrin when Lankester Merrin came to the home) was after Karras and anyone else who who came across its path. It wanted to continue to shake Damien’s faith, kill Merrin because it couldn’t shake his faith, and terrorize everyone else in the vicinity. It also wants to create doubt. It wants you ask if what you saw was real or not. It wants you to question if there is a God. And if there is a God, why does he allow things like this to happen.

The ability to speak does not make you intelligent...

Terrible, through and through.
Some really need to take a step back and realize that even though the technology and desire to do something, does not equate to putting out a legitimate, high-quality product.
The lack of “research” and the back and forth discussion is beyond brain dead and baseless. Extremely disappointed.
Hopefully they can and will get better with time.
