Oftentimes, we hear commentary that is strictly opinion-based which does not provide the background for what is actually happening. Bosnia, Ukraine, & Russia - An Interview with Ella Colic - Ep.10

Bosnia, Ukraine, & Russia - An Interview with Ella Colic - Ep.10

Today I am excited to release my first interview! Today we are speaking with Ella Colic about her book, "Trees Without Roots" in which she provides first-hand accounts of the Bosnian Civil war. Bosnia has much in common with Ukraine being that they are both formerly Soviet-Bloc States and that they have both been torn by war various times throughout their history.

In this interview I seek to learn more about the Bosnian War and the outcomes of such a horrible conflict. Then, we apply our understanding of the outcomes of the Bosnian War to speculate on what Ukraine may look like after their current conflict with Russia.

The History of The Gun Free School Zones Act - Ep.7

The History of The Gun Free School Zones Act - Ep.7

What is the legislative background of one of the most critical school-safety acts in our history? What has the effect of this act been upon our schools?

Today, we are breaking down the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 and discussing it's implications and application. I hope to take a no-nonsense approach that is critical of the approach taken by both sides of the political spectrum in order to drill down on what will actually help stop this wave of unfortunate events.

We also take the time to recognize the heroic actions of Jacob Albarado who was the key player in ending the mass shooting in Uvalde, TX.

The Twitterpocalypse and The History of The Internet - Ep.6

Two days ago it was officially announced that Elon Musk has reached an agreement with the board of Twitter to take private ownership of the company. In this episode, we discuss how the internet was created and what led us up to this point. With Twitter formerly being one of the most out-and-out pro-censorship social platforms now being taken over by a staunchly free-speech billionaire, we'll discuss what is likely to occur in the coming weeks and years.
