One of the most interesting podcasts I’ve ever listened to! Love richmond history! I’m from the north(total yankee) lol anyway we don’t have any history up there like this! Very enjoyable!

I have just found this podcast and am very pleased at how great the presentation and the information are about the Richmond area. I just finished the two Maymont podcasts and was thoroughly entertained by the conversation and the new things I learned. Kudos to all who are a part of bringing the history of Richmond to a new audience. I will continue to listen and look forward to the next installment. This is Jim. I am a music teacher in Richmond Public Schools and an amateur historian- that is to say I read a lot and bore anyone who wants to listen. My wife and young children are not as thrilled as I to visit local sites -churches, battlefields, monuments, cemeteries etc. I am a podcast lover and I have been waiting for a local history podcast for a while now. I even considered doing one myself but didn't know the first thing about getting started. Just finished the PC about Lincoln's visit to RVA and though it was fascinating. I had seen Gorman's name around and it was cool to hear him talk. Thanks JT
