God bless Sophia for putting into words exactly what I’m going through. I may replay these episodes to help my through my de hoarding. Thank you.
Love this podcast. Very useful information. Is there a way to get the transcript of 8/11/19 podcast? I couldn’t understand most of the remote interview, and I can tell it was a great episode. Thanks!
I don’t understand the bad reviews...
This is a EXTREMELY helpful , motivating and compassionate podcast that isn’t necessarily geared for light disorganization. This is for moderate to chronic and even serious hoarders aka “collectors “.
She is a professional who does not judge , she has seen it all. I am by no means a hoarder, but I have a problem with stuff EVERYWHERE.
Clutter , clutter , clutter is my problem and I still prefer this podcast because I , unlike a few others who have commented on the way she delivers her lectures, find I connect better with her because she has seen the worst and knows how to make a person feel as though she “gets it”.
She seems to have a sense as to the distractions that people with this problem have and speaks to the audience with that in mind . By that I mean she will keep the listener focused by reminding us to STAY FOCUSED and she also sets it up as if she is doing what she explains , right along with us . She has her bins and sorts her things with us.
Her podcasts are short, to the point and are most beneficial to be listened to more then once ; more like twice or more.
