Cash or A$$ Pt. 2: The Diddy Video

If you thought the Diddy legal saga was over, you're sadly mistaken. On this episode, Eboni breaks down just how deep the entire investigation against Sean "Diddy" Combs and how serious the Feds are about it.
We'll also explore the brouhaha boiling over between Michael Jackson's children, his mother, and the IRS. (Word to the wise - get and KEEP your estate affairs in order!)
And last but not least, we get into the story of a Black doctor who was discriminated against while trying to purchase a home in VA Beach. We'll also get into how her social media influence helped bring awareness to the situation. Let's hold court!

    The Central Park 34

    The Central Park 34

Trump was found guilty of 34 felony charges in a NY criminal court, prosecuted by New York City's first Black District Attorney and tried before a jury of ordinary citizens. But that doesn't mean what it means for most ordinary folk. Though, as a convicted felon, he can't get a job at many places, he can still be President. We've got an important PSA about Leopards Eating Your Face if you think not voting is a choice.
We're also trying to understand why Halle Berry's current partner Van Hunt is attending court-ordered co-parenting counseling with Halle and her ex? Eboni breaks down why that might not be the smartest move.
And finally, Black men forced off an American Airlines flight due to an...odor? Eboni and Dustin have thoughts, feelings, and opinions. The real stink is some history that prompted an NAACP Call on American Airlines to Respond to a Pattern of Discrimination.

Don’t Get TOO Comfortable: PSA for Hip Hop Proximate White Folks

Don’t Get TOO Comfortable: PSA for Hip Hop Proximate White Folks

Arrests and convictions don't have to be the end of your story! This week Eboni highlights a story that shows the beauty of second chances. We're also digging into how DJ Vlad turned Karen real quick on social media and the ways white folks love proximity to Black culture but don't love Black people.
An estimated 70 million to 100 million Americans—roughly 1 in 3 U.S. adults—have an incarceration, conviction, or arrest record according to the Center for American Progress. The Clean Slate Initiative believes everyone deserves a second chance and believes that people should not be defined by their criminal records. Read CEO Sheena Meade's Op-Ed in Essence Magazine.

What's Mine is Mine AND What's Yours is Mine $$

What's Mine is Mine AND What's Yours is Mine $$

Where does the money reside when you divorce? It's not always as cut-and-dry as a 50/50 split anymore. This week's docket is here to prove it. First up, the sad case of Wendy Williams' guardian's fight to get her what she is owed, not only from her ex-husband Kevin Hunter but also from the show she hosted for the better part of 14 seasons! Next (23:00) Jenna Dewan is seeking her share of the Magic Mike money that was made during her time married to Channing Tatum; and lastly, a federal appeals court upholds their ruling in the (40:00) Zion Williamson agent case. It's a cautionary tale of an episode this week!

When the Sneaky Link Talks TOO Damn Much!

When the Sneaky Link Talks TOO Damn Much!

See, the problem is, folks talk too damn much. And today Eboni and Dustin got something to say about the folks who can't seem to keep private matters private, and the impact it can have when things go to court. First up (08:55) Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis's ex-lover former Fulton County special prosecutor sat down on national television to discuss his relationship with Willis - one that could get her kicked off of Trump's criminal trial in Georgia. Next (25:33) we'll be getting into the legal proceedings between Tyrese and his first wife and his social media spiral that didn't do what he thought it did. Lastly (40:36) we get into the very serious allegations being bandied between 50 Cent and his ex Daphne Joy, and the reasons you shouldn't accuse anyone unless you're ready to back it up.

To Blow or Not to Blow? That is the Question....

To Blow or Not to Blow? That is the Question....

Lots of questions this week and we've got some answers! How in the hell did some of (02:34) Harvey Weinstein's convictions get overturned? It's all about the evidence. (16:46) Is R.Kelly's conviction overturned too? Hell naw. And since GloRilla refused a breathalyzer, can I? (24:10) Well, it depends...Hit play and let's hold court!
