Beautiful!

Hilarious, smart, and oddly sweet in the way it pulls themes from real social issues. Writing is higher quality than most sci-fi podcasts. Satisfying worldbuilding with genuine warmth and meaning behind it.

Sci-fi, comedy, and a poignant reflection of our reality

If you’re into smart, funny, thoughtful sci-fi with poignant reflections of our reality, this is an incredible podcast. With tones of Night Vale mixed with The Twilight Zone, listen in on public radio broadcasts from every possible alternate reality and prepare to have your mind blown. What if a beloved holiday myth was actually the result of a botched scientific experiment? What if Nixon had succumbed to the lure of a supernatural keg party at a Cleveland ball game after being impeached? What if every year on our birthday, we had the opportunity to erase our memories and start over? Those are just some snippets of the first few episodes. Each vignette is surprisingly captivating and very well written while managing to keep things humorous and not too heavy. It’s my absolute new favorite sci-fi podcast.
