Best Home Improvement Podcast
Discovered Home Impodcast about a year ago and have been binging it ever since. I have about ten episodes left and I’m already considering running it back from the top. Audio quality drastically improves after the first season or so. Hope they never stop uploading occasional episodes!
Hosts Don’t Like the Show, Why do it?
I still like Home Improvement and watch it occasionally, but these guys really don’t like it. I’m on episode 10 and was hoping that was just the first couple of episodes, but they have yet to view any of them positively! The best compliment they’ve been able to give is that it’s better than the others, but they seem to dislike them all.
They lack insight into character development, or at least aren’t using the future episodes to understand the current character state. I don’t think they’ve watched the show again since it first came out, so they’re leading blindly.
They miss A LOT with lack of understanding and knowledge of the show and just experience in general. (For example: they don’t understand why there’s no heat in the house… when the gas has been cut off; that Howdy Doody isn’t a poop joke, or the dynamic of relationship between Tim and Jill).
You don’t like the show, that’s cool, but why do a whole podcast about it, I don’t understand. It seems like a waste of time for you to make and it’s certainly a waste of time for me to listen.
