Encouraging but realistic look at Writing

Paul Sating does a great job of getting at the fears, the disappointments and the joys of being a writer. As a new writer, I’ve self-published three books but it’s easy to get discouraged. His straight-forward approach and stories about his own struggles helps me feel like I’m not alone in this crazy maze of indie writing.

An amazingly solid writing podcast

Discovered this podcast by way of the interview with Chris Fox. Was pleasantly surprised to find it relatable, relaxed and encouraging in a way that really stuck with me. I’ve enjoyed listening to back episodes and especially enjoy the conversational ones with just Paul. There is good advice, great suggestions and zero negativity—three things I can definitely get behind. Worth a listen if you are a writer or love writing.

Great show

If you are writing your first work of fiction or your tenth you’ll find something useful in Horrible Writing especially if your goal is to become a self published author.
