Bringing together employers and apprentices, the media, key industry representatives as well as politicians to celebrate this fantastic industry. In the run-up to this, we are joined by a very special guest, Keith Knowles OBE, Chairman of Perceptions Group and CEO of Beds and Bars to talk everything hospitality.

As it's British Food Fortnight, Candice talks about her involvement as an ambassador for the campaign, what it's like owning a pub to filming on This Morning and balancing a busy schedule and why she loves the hospitality industry.
