This all started on Saturday when I started getting pinged with tons of email's telling me to set my clocks forward one hour due to daylight savings time starting. I started to think, Do I have a clock which needs setting?

So hence our Real Estate Radio Show.

ValenciaRealtor: 00:00 Good everybody, Connor, MacIvor here. Welcome to housingradio.com. We did take a few siesta moments to at least some of the radio show yesterday. Got a couple of calls and list properties out in Castaic CA. Stick at, of course, helping you folks comes before any radio show. How's the radio.com, the longest running podcast slash radio show here in Santa Clarita Valley? I remember when the owner of the local station out here hit me up a while back to put together some kind of a format and now they have lenders taking over, which I think is best. I want to focus on one thing and one thing only and that's protecting and serving my real estate clients above and beyond all else without any other special interest or anything, so that's number one. So I don't want to be having to use particular lenders or first certain lenders.

If you want to know how the housing market is doing, all you have to do is look at the new home builders. Are they building? Do they have standing inventory? and are they opening up new phases because the current ones are selling so fast?

What are the new housing communities offering discounts, incentives, and rebates? If not much, then you will see the real estate market continuing to become much more robust.

I talk about the sold information and other information which will be of great assistance to those who live in the Summit and those who want to live here.

The short answer is yes. But the longer answer is it will depend on what you have signed and what they can force. Everything is subject to scrutiny by someone else of a higher power. In real estate, you have the agents, then the broker, then the CAR attornies (at least in CA) - etc. In Escrow you have the escrow officer, the manager, then other entities, such as their legal department who will exhibit their understanding of a particular situation.

When it comes to real estate - there are many attornies involved when a deal breaks down. Especially, when one party or the other feels as if they have not been treated fairly.

I want to ensure that all of my Santa Clarita home buyers and California home sellers are very well protected in the process of buying or selling real estate.
