How do you have time for this?







Have you heard this phrase? You typically hear this about a large project or something that is apparently time consuming.







But that’s misleading.







They are using the wrong word







Life is made of three things™ – Time, Energy and Resources. The big secret is that mostly it’s not just about time, but about energy. We find time and time again (no pun intended) that we can mark off the time to do something, but if that’s all that’s needed then why hasn’t all that stuff happened? Why don’t you go to the gym five nights a week, why isn’t your novel done? Why haven’t you obtained your masters or PhD?







* I can’t concentrate.* I didn’t feel like it.* I was too exhausted.* It’s not going to work out.







Energy, energy, energy, energy. Do you see that now? Do you need more help seeing that?
