I was raised believing that financial stress was normal and that it was just a part of life. However, I began to realize that this didn't have to be the case. I learned that by simply changing my mindset and focusing on eating whole foods, I could begin to combat the financial stress in my life. I'm now on a mission to help others do the same.

As a child, she witnessed the not having money allowed for a lot of sadness and ill health because they weren't able to afford the things that would keep them healthy. As an adult, she started doing things that they never thought of, like creating her own business and learning about finance.

Finances are a huge stressor on our health. When people are stressed about their finances, they stress out about their health. Food is important for the health of the body because it gets nutrition from it. If people can't afford to eat the right food, they can't get the nutrients they need. It's cheaper and less expensive to buy whole foods than to buy the frozen stuff in the store. People are busy and cooking can be time consuming, especially when cooking their own food. Meal planning and having a schedule can save a lot of time and money. It's when you go in with a plan and a list and follow that and get out. Prepping is a new concept these days, but it's actually the old concept food is fuel. It fuels our bodies and gives us energy and motivation. Being healthy is where it all starts.
