I wanted to share this episode from the heart. It's not an episode about anger or division, rather one of inclusiveness. To hold space for the humans that lost their lives recently. To also share some ideas on how to help maybe even prevent things like this from happening. This recent tragedy in Nashville opened my eyes to just how close to home these things can hit and what I can do to be a sign of change or hope in my community.
