"Would we push to get our family the help that they needed?  So why don’t we do that for ourselves?"

Today we welcome, Capri, a mother of two from Austin, Texas.  Capri shares her health struggles that all started with strange menstrual cycles and bowel problems for as long as she can remember.  These issues escalated into constant, wide spread abdominal pain that went undiagnosed for years.  After multiple procedures, surgeries, scans, and doctors, she was finally  diagnosed and treated for endometriosis.

During the 9 years of increasing pain, she dove head first into finding answers.  That’s when she discovered that plant-based eating can help reduce inflammation in the body.  Listen to Capri explain how she and her family made the transition to a plant-based lifestyle that has ultimately changed their lives for the better.
