I jokingly made a Linkedin post four days ago that has since gained 3.6 million impressions. With over 900 comments, many wanted to know the actual cost of a bad hire and how to calculate it. After my 15 minutes of fame on Linkedin (which my co-founder Euan Cameron will likely ridicule me for doing the rest of my life)... I thought it would be interesting to chat with Euan to discuss this question and share some tips on how you can best avoid making bad hires in the future.
