Life-changing

Wish I had discovered this years ago, but maybe it took me getting to a low point to fully embrace and apply each episode. I'm still working on not complaining, but I've found myself smiling more and feeling more content at the end of the day. And that was just after the first 7 episodes. Thank you, Brett and Nick!
