How to Become a Better Leader with Mark Missigman Live Life Rich

    • How To

If you want to be a strong leader, you must start with servant leadership.
Throughout my life, I’ve learned so much about that concept just by being in proximity with the incredible Mark Missigman. I brought him onto the show today to talk more about leadership.
A lot of Mark’s leadership experience came from his 20 years in the Navy. He is a decorated serviceman and yet he is incredibly humble.
Mark is now an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team and owns his own leadership and training development company.
Most importantly of all, Mark had mentored and coached me throughout my career. He is not only my trusted advisor but my dear friend.
When I think of leadership, I think of Mark. He has amazing insights to share with all of us on this most important of topics. Tune in to hear it all.
In this episode, you will hear:
Where leadership started for Mark. What being a leader means to him. Which Navy medal meant the most to him and why. Why agreement is so important in leadership. What the DISC is about how it fits into leadership. How to figure out who to lead. Why he wrote Better Leadership and who that book is for. Subscribe and Review
