How To Bend Time And Do More With Less Stress High Value Skills | Start An Online Business & Make Money Doing What You Love!

    • Entrepreneurship

It was September of 2021 and my wife just had a hip replacement.

We couldn’t find anyone to hire to help us, but we did have some neighbors bring food and help with the kids here and there.

My wife had to stay in bed for at least 4 weeks, with me assisting her to go to the bathroom, shower and I would bring food for her to eat.

I also have 3 kids to take care of, one of them was a baby.

I had to get them up and ready and take the 2 bigger ones to school, and put them to bed at night.

I had to clean the house, with the exception of our house cleaners coming 2 times in a month.

I also worked the entire time she was out of commission (12 weeks).

I also kept up my morning routine (working out, meditation, visualization).

I was also launching my 3rd version of my Leveraging LinkedIn course.

I was also creating content on multiple platforms and starting my Mindset Hackers podcast.

I was also creating 2-4 videos a month for my YouTube channel.

I was also spending 2-3 hours learning as part of my mastermind group.

I was also sleeping 7-8 hours a night.

My routine without my wife being out is incredibly *productive* but I was definitely bursting at the seams.

Here is the reason for this story:

We can do so much more than we think we can, and having stress about it is optional.

Think about this for a second, a 40 hours work week, who came up with that? And why does every job take 40 hours a week to complete?

The truth is we ‘fill’ up what we are given.

Just like the old saying about ‘pay yourself first’ from your paycheck, otherwise you’ll spend everything and have nothing left for you at the end.

Check out this episode to hear more about how I love to BEND time to my advantage and to do it without so much stress and overthink.
