Helpful!

This is actually a really helpful resource. Listen to titles that stand out to you and don’t overthink.

Highly Recommended by a Real Estate Professional.

I am a managing broker in Washington State. David knows what he is talking about and I highly recommend this podcast. I recommend all my clients listen to it. David is an expert in his field and puts a lot of research , time, and knowledge into this podcast.

I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and want them to know there are unicorns out there who actually do care about their well-being.

The host is cool and shares helpful information but the latest episode is just so elitist and gross. The guest has a budget of 600k as a first time buyer? That is so unrealistic and is absolutely unhelpful. Totally turned me off to the whole thing. I’ll come back in a couple months.

You won’t regret it!

Firstly, I recommend the podcast just for being informative, thoughtful and entertaining. Everyone even thinking about buying their first home should listen on those merits alone in my opinion. Secondly, by becoming a subscriber, you continually get access to some the most encouraging content you will ever hear. David is a real good dude, and it becomes evident quickly that he’s started this all with people like you and me in mind. While I don’t have my success story yet, My family and I are well on our way because of David’s support in linking us with our local team of unicorns, people in the real estate industry that actually care about the first time homebuyers’ experience and want to make this journey of fulfilling your dreams of homeownership a lot stressful. So, listen to the podcast, subscribe, become a homie, and when you feel up to it, reach out to David, you won’t regret it.

Helped me prepare

Just closed today and felt very prepared by this podcast and my great lender and realtor! Full of good advice if you’re a month or a few years from buying, highly recommend listening and getting a plan sooner than later! Admittedly corny jokes, but realistic advice.

Awesome Podcast

I’m catching up on old episodes but they are truly informative. This is helping me in my search for a home in this crazy market. Also David’s energy is through the roof and I’m here for it!

Great practical advice!

This podcast has been a great resource—informative and empowering. David breaks down a process that can be overwhelming and shares concrete steps for things you can do to educate yourself and make progress. Easy to follow and 100% applicable. Highly Recommend.

He’ll also share recommendations for local real estate agents. The agent he connected us to has been fantastic.

This Podcast is everything you didn’t know you needed

I stumbled upon this podcast and man I’m I glad that I did. If you can get over the “unnecessary” dad jokes and ramblings, under all of it is some very useful information. I’m still a bit confused but no longer as clueless. Thank you so much David for taking the time to break it down and explain the info in such a way that it isn’t so terrifying and overwhelming

Disappointed

I unfortunately got to experience this “pro” in real time. He was a listing agent on a property I was interested in. He lied at the open house, didn’t follow through on timeframes he set, wouldn’t respond to or communicate with my agent throughout the offer process. Very unprofessional. I’d think twice about taking advice from this guy.
