Tell us what you thought of this episode! Actuary and netball umpire Crystal Mai shares what she’s learned on the netball court and how this has helped her in business. “Find something that you're passionate about and invest in it. Crystal Mai is an Actuary (FIAA) and Data Scientist at BCG X. She balances a dynamic career with her strong commitment to sport and community. A nationally badged netball umpire, Crystal has spent the past decade making high pressure decisions on court - often while being shouted at by older (and louder) people.  She volunteers with the NSW State Emergency Service where she's out on the field and meeting people from all walks of life. Crystal's endeavours have shaped her into a resilient and grounded Actuary with a sense of perspective that textbooks don't teach.
