How to Create Content for Each Stage of the Recruiting Process
Host: Jeff Weidner
Guest: Nathan Jefferson
Season 2 Episode 9
If you're trying to build awareness and interest, then absolutely being on those social feeds, getting it out on LinkedIn and Facebook, and wherever your audience is, GitHub, et cetera, you absolutely need to build awareness and garner interest. There's specific types of content that you can do for that. However, if you're trying to push a candidate to make a decision about whether or not they should apply, or push a candidate into taking action, clicking on a link, or, you know, even going through an application process, or a setting up for an interview, then there's different types of content for that because they're in different stages. So if you look at the four stages of marketing, there's awareness, interest, decision, and action, and if you were to push content, push content that is geared towards having them make a decision about whether or not they apply, and they don't even know who you are, then it's kind of lost on them. Today we're gonna be talking about how do we create different types of content to address different issues within the entire recruiting funnel.
