Life Changing Content!

Michelle’s podcast, as well as her coaching services have been instrumental in helping me change my life for the better. She is laid-back, witty, and her use of metaphor is on point.

1 year update- I worked with Michelle through her long-term coaching program and my life is completely transformed. When I wrote this review a year ago, I knew I felt a lot better, and I didn’t realize that was only the beginning.

With Michelle’s help, I’ve uncovered layer after layer of freedom, confidence, and joy- each beyond what I thought was possible. I am not currently getting coached, but I use the skills Michelle taught me DAILY to navigate my challenges in a self-compassionate and confident way. When I feel difficult emotions come up, I feel calm and peaceful knowing that I have a roadmap to process my emotions.
