About Paul
 Paul is a three-time author and run’s two private equity funds for commercial real estate. He has an engineering degree and an MBA from Ohio State. After a stint at Ford's management development program in Detroit, Paul started his own company with a partner. Paul was also a Finalist for Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year two years straight.
Since then, Paul has been a serial entrepreneur, mostly in the real estate development and investment realm. He has a successful real estate website, has developed a subdivision, built, and operated a multifamily facility, helped develop the Hyatt hotel, and co-founded two commercial real estate investment funds (WellingsCapital.com) that he now runs. 
Paul has authored three real estate investment books and is a frequent blogger on BiggerPockets, the world's leading real estate investment site. Paul has been a guest on 130 or so podcasts and has a lot of stories on a variety of topics from entrepreneurship to investing to how he climbed out of $2.5 Million in debt in 13 months and more. Paul is also passionate about fighting human trafficking and rescuing its victims.  Paul is also on the Board of FreedomPlaceProject.com as part of this effort."
